Painted to accompany a marble statue of a woman reclining atop a bench, this mural was inspired by English topiary gardens and their sculpted foliage. A eucalyptus tree arches to the left and fades away from view behind the wrought iron trellis. Interestingly, the house that this mural was painted at once belonged to Theodore Geisel, a.k.a. Dr. Seuss.
